Self-knowledge is a process that aims to identify thought patterns and habits and, based on this, allow students to improve their behavioral responses and decision-making at school and in their personal life. Self-knowledge begins within the mind and is reflected on the outside, positively changing the way the student perceives the world and reacts to different situations at school.
