Abstract

Faced with a new context of the globalized market and due to the great market competitiveness, companies, pressured by the fierce competition and the reduction of their profit margins, are forced to professionalize and further improve the financial and budgetary management processes of their organizations. . In this scenario to which organizations in general are inserted, there is a need to apply to theoretical approaches that support the use of Business Budget.
