Abstract
Companies must keep up with the constant changes in the market to be successful in their line of business. Decision making cannot be based on intuitions or momentum, but on the contrary must be strategically and consciously made. The objective of this project is to perform the marketing diagnosis of a company, that is, a study of the market and customers will be made to understand the positioning
of the brand and plan future actions.
