Abstract

It is a consultation formulated by Guido on environmental, agrarian, administrative, social security and international developments related to the facts that follow. The consultant informed that she was born in Venezuela, as well as her son and husband, Pedro and José, respectively, and that they returned to Brazil in search of better living conditions. Their entry and stay in Brazilian territory were initially irregular; however, later, they were regularized.
