Abstract

According to Lívia, she claims that she was raised in a humble family, with her four brothers, her mother and her uncle, called Sérgio ‘Lorota’, and she tells us that when she was eleven years old, she was repeatedly sexually abused by Sérgio. At nineteen years old, Lívia decided to report the incident to the authorities, who proceeded to open a police investigation at the 1st Women's Police Station in the city of Francisco Morato (scene of the crime), registering the police report and Lívia's statements.
