Abstract

This project aims to analyze the communications between the teams in the organizational context, as well as analyzing the entire communication structure of the Pack Bag packaging company. The difficulties in teamwork and how it is possible to achieve the proposed goals by working on the commitment of each one and the different profiles and culture of people in this context. Each has a way of thinking and acting, some find it easier to do this, others have more difficulty. It is necessary for managers and leaders to work on these points that are so important for business harmony.
