dc.description.abstractHistology is the science that studies cells in the context of tissue structure and their interrelation with the constituents of the extracellular matrix. The histotechnology provides an understanding of the technical foundations for the analysis of the elements tissue, normal or pathological, that is, its cells and matrix elements extracellular analysis, including several histochemical techniques. The technical procedures applied in histotechnology include cytochemical, histochemical, immunohistochemical techniques, aimed at scientific research and pathological diagnosis, in addition to of analyzes at the level of electronic microscopy (JUNQUEIRA; CARNEIRO, 2017). In this chapter, considerations will only be made on the histological techniques focused on histochemical and immunohistochemical analysis of tissues.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA histologia é a ciência que estuda as células no contexto da estrutura tecidual e a inter-relação delas com os constituintes da matriz extracelular. A histotecnologia proporciona o entendimento dos fundamentos técnicos para a análise dos elementos teciduais, normais ou patológicos, isto é, suas células e os elementos da matriz extracelular, abrangendo diversas técnicas histoquímicas. Os procedimentos técnicos aplicados na histotecnologia incluem técnicas citoquímicas, histoquímicas, imuno histoquímicas, voltadas para a pesquisa científica e para o diagnóstico patológico, além de análises em nível de microscopia eletrônica (JUNQUEIRA; CARNEIRO, 2017). Neste capítulo, serão realizadas considerações somente sobre as técnicas histológicas voltadas para a análise histoquímica e imunohistoquímica dos tecidos.pt_BR
