dc.description.abstractThis is a consultation made by Cléber Antunes and Sandro, respectively, responsible for the analysis of contracts and general operator of the company TRAE Investimentos eoperações LTDA. The consultants allege that the company TRAE provided services to the companies STEIN and PETRA, mining companies that carried out the illegal extraction of bauxite in the city of Caldas, Minas Gerais. After several problems to these two companies, TRAE decided to unilaterally paralyze the services provided to the STEIN and PETRA.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta feita por Cléber Antunes e Sandro, respectivamente, responsável pela análise de contratos e operador-geral da empresa TRAE Investimentos e operações LTDA. Os consulentes alegam que a empresa TRAE prestava serviços para as empresas STEIN e PETRA, mineradoras que realizavam a extração de bauxita de forma ilegal na cidade de Caldas, Minas Gerais. Após vários problemas a estas duas empresas, a TRAE decidiu paralisar, unilateralmente, os serviços prestados à STEIN e à PETRA.pt_BR
