Abstract

In this integrated project, we will analyze the structure of the job and salary plan of one of the largest companies today, as well as its recruitment and selection process, Ambev. One of the main factors that led the group to choose this company was the internal culture and relationship with its employees that it presents, with more than 35 thousand professionals spread throughout the national territory.
