Abstract

The objective of this project is to explain the need and importance of the budget management tool, analyzing it together with the tax regime, as it is part and should be included in such. The company chosen was the suggestion of one of the members of the group because it is their place of work and is used to it, thus being able to provide information quickly. The entire process that will be described is essential for the smooth running and results of a company prepared for the market.
