This strategic management consulting project aims to provide a future vision of improvements and growth for the company UPPVIE Soluções Digitais Ltda. We will study the scenarios involved within the corporation, considering its budget management, its management of taxes, its strategic management and the organization as a legal entity, with emphasis on its differential.
