Abstract

Today, logistics is not limited to storage, much less to the distribution or transport of goods. Logistics, today, means integration of customers, consumers, manufacturers, distributors and carriers. There is a huge challenge when it comes to supply chain management, as the impacts to organizations can reach the environment, sustainability or transport infrastructure.
