Abstract

The purpose of building this Integrated Project (IP) titled as “PERFORMANCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES”, is to carry out an analysis on and the performance evaluation models practiced by a real company chosen by the team, as well as analyzing its process of diagnosing the needs of training and development. In its extension, it will address information regarding regarding the theory and concepts of experts on the subject matter, and regarding values ​​and concepts of the approached company to evaluate the performance of its employees, in addition to analyzing their culture during the analysis and corporate development.
