Abstract
Quality in the management of people, or human resources (HR), is fundamental to the survival of organizations, as it is the same that takes care of the exchange relationship that exists between the worker and the organization, where the first provides the work and the second provides the remuneration for this work. The role of HR is to make this exchange relationship fair and positive, resulting in the continued growth of both. Given the above, not only employees must be managed, but also employers, because, although their objective is to see the growth of their business in terms of quality, productivity, economy and recognition, they need the services of employees to reach of your goals.
