| dc.description.abstract | APTIV Systems do Brasil will be used as a reference for the realization of this Integrated Project, with the purpose of bringing information on hiring and positions of salary of a multinational that has more than 170 thousand employees in the world and remains competitive in the automotive market. The company has people as one of its main values, therefore, believes that to remain among the greatest, it is not enough to have just one price competitive, state-of-the-art equipment or flows and procedures, for her, the base of everything are the collaborators, that's why APTIV doesn't save money, much less efforts, from the recruitment, selection, training and certification processes of operators. | pt_BR |
