Abstract
The article that will be presented was developed through the Warehouse Department of the SAE - Autonomous Water and Sewage Service of Vargem Grande do Sul, where it was transformed into an Autarchy in 2009, having its resources linked to the Sectors of the Vargem Grande do Sul City Hall , up to the present date.
