Abstract
In 1953, under the government of Getúlio Vargas, the largest oil company in Brazil was created, Petrobras (Petróleo Brasileiro SA), which operates essentially in the exploration, production, refining, marketing and transportation of oil and natural gas, Sua performance extends in the petrochemical area, in the distribution of oil products, electricity, biofuels, in addition to other renewable energy sources.
