Abstract

Inclusive education and special education are different concepts. Inclusive education aims to create an environment that promotes equality and opportunities for all, regardless of physical, intellectual or other disabilities. Special education promotes the development of the skills of people with disabilities enrolled in the regular education system, from early childhood education to higher education. Special education teachers need to be trained to meet the needs of each student.
