This Project approaches real data of the company in order to present its Job and Salary Plan and demonstrate how the Job Management process works Company personnel, from recruitment and selection to the placement of the candidate. Demonstrating and explaining each part of the process done by the company. Our objective is to show how the company prepares its job plan through of actual company statements
