Abstract

Our work is about a children's clothing store, we chose this store with the in order to acquire more knowledge about customer service and leadership in the field commercial, aiming to reach the target audience like moms and dads. We are a store for babies, children and young people with women's clothing and super comfortable and high quality men's shoes with the aim of making everyone satisfied.
