| dc.description.abstract | José Ortega y Gasset said: “I am what surrounds me. If I don't preserve what surrounds me, I don't preserve myself.'' This sentence defines the objective of this work, for the simple fact that companies have seen that if they don't take action on the environment together with their organization, the that surrounded them would end, and they would cease to exist. The objective of this work is to show a company with the implementation of an environmental management system, and also to analyze the social impacts over all these years with its use. Se eu não preservar o que me cerca, eu não me preservo.’’ Essa frase define o objetivo deste trabalho, pelo simples fato de as empresas terem enxergado que se elas não tomassem providências sobre o meio ambiente em conjunto com a sua organização, o que as cercavam iria acabar, e elas deixariam de existir. O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar uma empresa com implantação de um sistema de gestão ambiental, e também analisar sobre os impactos sociais no decorrer de todos esses anos com o seu uso.
