Currently, the use of information systems has become increasingly frequent and essential within organizations due to the fact that they organize data and turn them into information. In this sense, information technology helps companies that want to become competitive, as it makes information an instrument efficient business management for decision making. Reliable and real-time information is essential for management. This is the role of information systems: to improve business communication and create the conditions necessary for the information to be available to the different sectors and to all professionals for decision making.
