In this context, GATE5, a group dedicated to technology and sustainability, presents a project for a smart trash bin with an integrated application. This bin, which combines advanced sensors and connectivity, aims to optimize the waste collection process and promote awareness about proper waste management. The smart bin developed by the group is a technologically advanced solution that uses integrated sensors to monitor the bin's occupancy level in real time.
