dc.description.abstractThis Interdisciplinary Project aims to develop a management plan for possible labor liabilities of Uniodonto Cooperativa Odontológica, the information present in the project was extracted from the company's website and there is also data that was provided by it. For the development of the project it was necessary to put into practice the learning of the study units throughout the semester. With the guidance of the Professor of Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it was possible to demonstrate how a cooperative is constituted.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste Projeto Interdisciplinar tem como objetivo desenvolver um plano de gestão de possíveis passivos trabalhistas da Uniodonto Cooperativa Odontológica, as informações presentes no projeto foram extraídas do site da empresa e também há dados que foram fornecidos pela mesma. Para o desenvolvimento do projeto foi preciso colocar em prática o aprendizado das unidades de estudo durante todo o semestre. Com a orientação do professor de Aspectos Jurídicos da Estruturação Empresarial, foi possível demonstrar como se constitui uma cooperativa.pt_BR
