Abstract

This Interdisciplinary Project aims to develop a management plan for possible labor liabilities of Uniodonto Cooperativa Odontológica, the information present in the project was extracted from the company's website and there is also data that was provided by it. For the development of the project it was necessary to put into practice the learning of the study units throughout the semester. With the guidance of the Professor of Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it was possible to demonstrate how a cooperative is constituted.
