Desenvolvimento econômico e empresarial: Embraer

Abstract

This study is based on the assumption that, in a globalized economy, there is room for different entrepreneurial initiatives among organizations that compete in the same market. Thus, it is considered the hypothesis that Embraer had to create different strategies to respond to the demands of the aeronautical industry and manage to insert itself among the great powers of the sector. Therefore, the study of companies like Embraer helps to understand how the globalization process takes place in different economic environments and in different socio-political realities.
