Abstract

In this Integrated Project, we are going to address the importance of the corporate budget for Coca-Cola, how the budget preparation process is carried out, what are the main goals and objectives of the company for the future and how the corporate budget helps Coca -Cola to reach them. In addition, we will also analyze the main strategies and actions adopted by the company to guarantee its prominent position in the market and how the business budget is fundamental for the success of these strategies.
