dc.description.abstractThis is a legal opinion formulated for the consultant Ms. Isabel, with the aim of clarifying her respective doubts about the facts and rights described below: After the numerous difficulties experienced by Ms. Isabel and her family, as they resided irregularly in the country, being an easy target for exploration, with the help of the consulate of their country of origin and the help of the authorities, they obtained the necessary visa for their stay in Brazil, as well as being sent to a shelter located in the city center of Saint Andrew. According to the consultant, the Venezuelan family, dissatisfied with the current conditions, occupied a small property in an old English village, in the urban area of ​​the district of Paranapiacaba, which had apparently been abandoned by the original owners. The new house met the family's needs, as they could carry out agricultural activities. In turn, the consultant informs that she got a job in a vast property with varied agricultural production, among them the production of Cambuci. Isabel, com o intuito de esclarecer suas respectivas dúvidas sobre os fatos e direitos a seguir descritos: Após as inúmeras dificuldades vivenciadas pela Sra. Isabel e sua família, haja vista, que residiam irregularmente no país, sendo um alvo fácil para a exploração, com o auxílio do consulado de seu país de origem e a ajuda das autoridades, obtiveram o visto necessário para sua permanência no Brasil, como também, foram remetidos a um abrigo localizado no centro da cidade de Santo André. De acordo com a consulente, a família venezuelana insatisfeita com as condições atuais, ocuparam uma pequena propriedade em uma antiga vila inglesa, na área urbana no distrito de Paranapiacaba, que aparentemente fora abandonada pelos proprietários de origem. A nova moradia, atendia as necessidades da família, pois poderiam exercer atividades agrícolas. Por sua vez, a consulente informa que conseguiu um emprego em uma vasta propriedade com produção agropecuária variada, dentre elas a produção de Cambuci.
