This Integrated Project (IP) aims to address the possible liabilities labor costs that a company may suffer and how to avoid these costs. we will do an analysis of the constitution of a hypothetical business, we will show the choice of its legal nature, its name and title of the establishment; what is the appropriate location for the type of business and its lease agreement; and how much of the share capital will be paid in for your creation.
