Abstract

When analyzing the case study, we noticed the lack of some significant points for a teacher, taking into account its importance, as it is the fundamental piece of the puzzle that is a classroom. One of the biggest challenges that teachers face is the effective transmission of information and the lack of moral sense of some students, justified by the lack of family participation, fundamental for moral development, as these students need an individualized look, focused on their relationships. , socioeconomic and cultural, but it is clear that the school alone does not change the individual's behavior, actions between the community and the school are necessary, which together bring experiences and examples of the social body, also projects that include voluntary work, citizenship and informal meetings, where the family goes to the school to socialize and engage in essential issues, when it comes to a human being in training. Therefore, the role of the teacher and the school are important for the understanding and formation of life as a whole. This strong foundation serves to understand the world in which they live, as the social function of the school is to create opportunities for everyone.
