Abstract
The study units worked on this semester were Assessment of
Performance, Selection and Retention of Talents, Positions, Salaries and Career Plan,
Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, and Training and
Development.
All subjects were important for the development of the project, with
based on the explanations of the teachers and the themes of each subject we were able to obtain
various information from the Google company, theme of our project. For example the charges
and salaries of the company is basically elaborated through annual surveys and
percentages, with no job mapping, as it is a high standard company,
using nomenclature and definition, but teamwork and leadership, being able to be
this is one of its weaknesses, the candidate selection process is extremely
rigid and high standard of professionals, having a high standard of training and support
to its employees, using the Assessment and Performance tool
for better vision of your employees and company, having the use of feedbacks.
