Abstract

The project was carried out with the objective of expanding the knowledge of the Strategic Administration and Entrepreneurial Management area, based on research conducted with data obtained from the company Natura Cosméticos S.A. Strategic Management classes were very important in understanding how essential it is for effective action. Once the scenario in which the company operates is known, knowing the factors that generate opportunity for its success, as well as the threat to survival in the external environment, as well as recognizing its strengths, competences and internal weaknesses, Managers can define the reason for the existence of the company, where they want to go with the invested resources. Strategic management allows the company to move in a changing environment through decisions and administrative actions that guide the steps towards the desired results, with meaning, determination and learning. Entrepreneurial Management classes contributed to understand the importance of business management that plays an extremely important role in companies, ensuring that processes are properly defined to keep the routine well organized, identify potential threats and opportunities, seek differentials in marketing, set goals, investments and, of course, the much desired leadership.
