Abstract

Thinking of adding value to people, the organization and customers, the Training came as part of a process that helps us change behavior of employees towards the achievement of organizational objectives, with attitudes in the present, developing diverse skills in the company's employees. Development, on the other hand, focuses on the future, setting new goals and objectives that the same employee can achieve. Thus showing that the incorporation of new knowledge, skills and attitudes (CHA) facilitates the change of behavior of these people, preparing the new scenario of the labor market that will increasingly move towards the era of information and technology.
