The present work aims to study and understand the value chain, from production, cost and logistics, of the products of the company Mahle Metal Leve S.A. The company operates in the area of production of auto parts and filtration systems for the automotive industry. The main objective of the discussion is through understanding the company's value chain, delivering added value to the customer within the product market and establishing a link between the company and the target audience.
