Abstract
The project was carried out as the objective of expanding the knowledge of the areas of entrepreneurial management and strategic administration, starting from the creation of a new venture. We will do an analysis within each unit of study, seeking to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial attitudes, analyze opportunities, strategies and sources of capital. We will also analyze the company's strategies, as they will depart from the concepts of mission, vision and values that will be followed by the organization.
