| dc.description.abstract | The directions of human resources, historically speaking, were quite transformed in the last years. In order to analyze these transformations, this article was developed through bibliographic research (websites, articles, etc.) consistent with the topic in question. Currently, it is possible to observe numerous campaigns in which the HR area is willing to value the employee, while keeping close to the reality of the business. It is believed that human capital is the difference. This research reveals significant progress in the sector, given the importance of people who work in organizations, the cultural change of the company, if necessary for the achievement of both organizational and individual objectives and also in the management of the evolution of human resources. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Os rumos do recursos humanos historicamente dizendo, foram bastante transformados nos últimos anos. Tendo em vista analisar essas transformações, esse artigo foi desenvolvido através de pesquisas bibliográficas (sites,artigos e etc), a fim de alcançar resultados mais coerentes a respeito do tema em questão. Atualmente é possível observar inúmeras campanhas em que a área do RH se dispõe a valorizar o funcionário, ao mesmo tempo em que se mantém junto a realidade do negócio. Acredita-se que o capital humano é a diferença. Esta pesquisa revela significativos progressos no setor, tendo em vista a importância das pessoas que atuam nas organizações, a mudança cultural da empresa, se necessário para o alcance dos objetivos tanto organizacionais quanto individuais e também na administração da evolução dos recursos humanos. | pt_BR |
