Abstract

The objective of this project is to demonstrate the importance of the performance of the Human Resources area with regard to the performance evaluation of employees, which is the tool that monitors the development of each one, and identifies weak points and areas in need of improvement. Through this tool, we were able to identify the need to correctly apply the necessary training, aiming at professional development and growth.
