Abstract

This is a query formulated by Renata about the case described below, in which she questions whether the debts incurred referring to amounts defaulted by the company “Barateiro Atacadista” to “Distribuidora de Bebidas Talismã” may fall on her private property; whether any Civil Action arising from the facts may be instructed using pieces produced in the criminal process; what will be the best strategy applied to the defense of Marcelo, his employee, in the Criminal Action now instituted, and, finally, if there will be passive electoral capacity for Marcelo to run for mayor in the municipal elections in 2024, considering that he has, in August 2021, 19 years old.
