It is sought to know whether the maneuver performed by Andreia's, his wife's lawyer, in a divorce process is legally founded; at the same time, it questions whether the judgment of the 2nd Family Court of Limeira is competent to assess and judge the new divorce action, in which the consultant was cited; inquire about the legality of evidence gathered by Andreia, asking about the possibility of a proposal to amend the constitution to revoke art. 5th, XII.pt_BR
