Abstract

This project refers to the search for understanding the behavior of people and teams in companies, especially Banco Mercantil do Brasil. The work aims to describe, understand, predict and control organizational behavior in order to understand how and why people act, how things happen how they behave with goals and describe, understand, predict and control and how teamwork is fundamental for the success of an organization through communication.
