dc.description.abstractThis is a legal consultation carried out by Isabel, in which the following was reported. The applicant Isabel, Venezuelan, married to José and mother of Pedro, after experiencing high degradation with her family, due to her low levels of education, the language barrier and the lack of knowledge about issues related to citizenship in Brazil, made with them as targets for the abuse of opportunists, as an example of the small dairy in which Mrs. Isabel, her spouse and son work and resided. Paranapiacaba, Santo André district, were welcomed by the Venezuelan consulate, where they had regularized their stays in Brazilian territory, now with valid visas, they did not need to live in constant fear of being sent back to their homeland.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de uma consulta jurídica realizada por Isabel, na qual foi relatado o que se segue. A requerente Isabel, venezuelana, casada com o José e mãe de Pedro, após passar com sua família elevada degradação, devido ao seus baixos graus de escolaridade, a barreira linguística e a ausência de conhecimento a respeito das questões relacionadas à cidadania no Brasil, fez com que fossem alvos para o cometimento de abusos por parte de oportunistas, como exemplo do pequeno laticínio em que a senhora Isabel, seu cônjuge e filho trabalham e residiam.A família venezuelana, depois do ocorrido no sítio de Guido e Guiomar que se localizava em Paranapiacaba, distrito de Santo André, foram acolhidos pelo consulado da Venezuela, onde tiveram regularizada a suas permanências no território brasileiro, agora com vistos válidos, não precisavam viver com medo constante de serem enviados de volta à terra natal.pt_BR
