dc.description.abstractThis article presents the importance of tax planning for small, medium and large companies. Tax planning is a set of strategies, actions and studies designed to reduce the tax burden of a company in a totally legal way. The objective is to demonstrate how relevant planning is for companies, since one of the main concerns of entrepreneurs is related to taxes. This document also brings the taxation regimes, where they directly interfere in the taxes to be collected, since, incorrectly calculated, they generate great financial impacts on institutions.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste artigo apresenta a importância do planejamento tributário para empresas de pequeno, médio e grande porte. O planejamento tributário é um conjunto de estratégias, ações e estudos elaborados que visa a redução da carga tributária de uma empresa de forma totalmente legal. O objetivo é demonstrar o quão é relevante o planejamento para as empresas, visto que, uma das principais preocupações dos empreendedores está correlacionada aos tributos. Este documento também traz os regimes de tributação, onde interferem diretamente nos impostos a recolher, uma vez que, apurados incorretamente geram grandes impactos financeiros nas instituições.pt_BR
