Abstract

In this project, we will address issues related to the implementation of an environmental management system and labor relations in contemporary society. We use as an example the Natura Cosméticos SA group, focusing on the company Indústria e Comércio de Cosméticos Natura LTDA, analyzing a little of its history demonstrating its commitment to the environment, as well as the social impact along its trajectory, highlighting the credibility acquired in the market through research.
