Abstract
This project aims to propose the creation of a new
enterprise. From suggestions, researches and group discussions and starting from the
approach to the main concepts of fundamentals of law and structuring
effective and efficient business, a management of labor liabilities was developed to
analyze the feasibility and create a strong steel metallurgical company located in the city
of São João da Boa Vista, Metalúrgica Aço Forte Ltda.
