In this work we will address the following topic supply chain management, which is generally focused on supply-related processes and tends to be cost-oriented. According to Melo (2011), it would be the union of key processes that are analyzed from the final consumer to the suppliers that provide the raw materials for the manufacture of products, as well as the services and information that add value to customers.
