Abstract

To carry out this integrated project, the company chosen for the development activities is Óticas Carol, with 21 years of experience in its activities, providing for its customers products with excellent quality. Through the same we will designate thoroughly all the tools studied in this module. As a first topic Performance Evaluation where performance is analyzed both of a single collaborator, how much of the whole team in general, it has for objective the management of people involved in the organization, its study will result in the development of goals and competencies, more complex and meaningful assessments, identification of problems among other strategic points of the company.
