Abstract
This article has as its theme the new directions of HR in companies, a relevant theme in the
current business, characterized by constant changes arising from the increase in
competitiveness, globalization and technological advances. The research problem guiding the
study is as follows: how HR has helped companies in their new perspective of
acting? To answer this question, the main objective of the research focuses on
to describe the main factors that are part of the new directions of HR in organizations. You
