dc.description.abstractThe project was carried out with the objective of expanding knowledge about the Management of Investments, Risks and Agribusiness Management, from the research carried out with data obtained through the company Verduras Jordão Produção e Comércio LTDA carrying out an analysis on rural property risk management. The Investment and Risk Management classes were important to make us understand that it is essential for organizations to have management regarding the practices that make it possible to identify, avoid and treat risks, since such events can threaten the development of the objective. Showing, therefore, that knowing how to manage risks in investments makes it possible to manage the possibilities of an investment, because when performed effectively can avoid major loss of value and also identify opportunities where the risk is tolerable compared to the expected returnpt_BR
dc.description.resumoO projeto foi realizado com o objetivo de expandir os conhecimentos sobre a Gestão de Investimentos, Riscos e Gestão de Agribusiness, a partir da pesquisa realizada com dados obtidos através da empresa Verduras Jordão Produção e Comércio LTDA realizando uma análise sobre a gestão de risco da propriedade rural. As aulas de Gestão de Investimentos e Riscos foram importantes para nos fazer compreender que é essencial para as organizações possuir uma gestão a respeito das práticas que possibilitem identificar, evitar e tratar riscos, visto que tais eventos podem ameaçar o desenvolvimento do objetivo. Mostrando assim, que saber gerenciar riscos em investimentos possibilita gerir as possibilidades de um investimento, pois quando executada com eficácia pode evitar grandes perdas de valores e também identificar oportunidades em que o risco é tolerável em comparação ao retorno esperadopt_BR
