Abstract

In this work, the objective is to understand the main problems of the KR Som company, to develop creative and viable solutions to solve them. In the analysis carried out to identify the company's "gaps", it was found that most of the problems and difficulties are focused on the human resources area, in the way managers lead and direct people in the process within the company.
