Abstract
With the acceleration of the Brazilian economy and the advancement of technology, the
organizations from different branches began to look for solutions in software
for your day to day tasks. This contributes to the fact that the demand for
professionals in the Information Technology (IT) area be greater than the supply of
market, which has made it increasingly difficult for companies like W7 to
find qualified professionals, and even more difficult to keep those who already do
part of the company's team.
